Happy International Women's Day, Sangobuild Special Event

On the afternoon of March 8th, all the ladies in SANGOBUILD came to the "Meditation Experience Hall" together and began to spend a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon.

Under the guidance of the teacher, by adjusting breathing, relaxing the body, and concentrating during meditation, one can achieve complete inner peace.  

This activity greatly helped everyone alleviate fatigue, release anxiety and stress; Enhance emotional stability and creativity. We felt a strong festive atmosphere during the event, enriching everyone's leisure time.
